Over 80% of our daily information is absorbed and processed through our eyes. In our subconscious, the images we have taken in through our eyes are stored as memories.

In this seminar we will show you a series of coordinated exercises that you can playfully integrate into your everyday life and practice at any time.

As soon as you let these exercises become a routine - just like brushing your teeth every day - you will dismiss the time of wearing glasses as historical.
The exercises shown are independent of age and can be done sitting, standing and walking.
