What truly shapes the way we live, love and hate?
Much of it began long before we could choose: in the family we come from, in our parents, in our origins. We carry it into our relationships and our work, often without noticing. And much of our suffering comes from resisting what already is: wishing our parents had been different, that the past had gone another way, that others would finally change.
When we acknowledge what is, our view of life changes. We understand ourselves and others better, handle conflicts more consciously and discover new ways of living together, privately and at work.
Bert Hellinger placed this principle at the heart of his work and named one of his central books after it: Acknowledging What Is.
Hanne-Lore Heilmann, who wrote down Bert Hellinger’s life and work together with him, will be your guide on this path.
