How does birth impact on our future?

We all have one thing in common: we were all born. Birth is a central experience and represents the greatest change and upheaval in our lives. The stronger the emotional experiences were in our earliest years, the harder it can be for us to open up and experience joy later in life.

In our earliest developmental phase, the prenatal bonding phase between mother and uterus, we lay the foundation for our relationships and emotions later in life. The experience during birth and early infancy can cause lifelong blockages, even through seemingly harmless circumstances.
