What question is on your mind?
Maybe it is about your parents, your partner, a decision you keep putting off, or a loss that still stays with you.
Whatever it is, you have probably thought about it many times. But understanding a situation and seeing it in front of you in a constellation are two different experiences.
People describe that afterwards they could see a parent as a person with their own story, not only as someone who did not give them what they needed. That their relationships with their family became easier, and they felt calmer, freer and more themselves.
In this seminar, you can look at your own question in this way.
Themes you can explore during the seminar
Personal questions may relate to:
⇀ Repeating patterns in relationships
⇀ Tension or distance within the family
⇀ Parents and children
⇀ Difficult decisions or feeling unable to move forward
⇀ Career and direction
⇀ Finding clarity and inner strength in a difficult situation
You do not need to know in advance exactly what you want to work on. Sometimes the essential question becomes clearer during the seminar.
Who is this seminar for?
This seminar is for those who …
⇀ seek clarity in a personal matter
⇀ long for inner order, peace, and connection
⇀ wish to understand or release family patterns
⇀ feel ready to take the next step in life
⇀ work with people and want to understand systemic dynamics in practice

How the seminar works
Constellations take place live during the seminar.
Online and in-person participants form one group, and both can bring personal issues into the constellation work.
Even when your own issue is not being explored, witnessing another constellation may bring familiar patterns or dynamics into view and offer greater clarity around your own situation.
* No previous experience is required
No special preparation is needed. The seminar is open to both newcomers and those already familiar with constellation work.
