Seminar description:

In this seminar Susanne Trübenecker introduces us to the world of our own prenatal phase, birth and baby time and shows how these experiences still shape us today. The aim is to connect us with these early feelings, which form an important basis for a fulfilled life.

Attachment and imprinting concern our first emotional experiences, which take place at a time when there is still no conscious memory. These implicit memories include unconsciously performed movements and actions.

In the seminar, our earliest experiences in the prenatal period and during birth are made accessible through practical exercises in order to make emotional patterns and reactions visible and to develop a deeper understanding of our formative experiences.

An important aspect is understanding our relationship with our mother and her relationship with her own mother. We also look at our mother and her possible traumas, as the womb is the house of generations.

It is important to acknowledge that change takes time and can often be painful. We must be willing to face our fears and resentments in order to grow and evolve.

Ultimately, however, it is up to us what choices we make and changes we want to make in our lives. By consciously confronting our emotions and experiences, we can better understand ourselves, regain our strength and willpower and steer our lives in desired directions.

Susanne Trübenecker ensures that the seminar is practice-oriented and places special emphasis on responding individually to the participants' situations. She accompanies them in bringing their emotional experiences into harmony and in working on personal concerns in the seminar.
