Why is it so important to solve personal problems?

Personal burdens and negative life imprints should be solved as early as possible in a person's life. Because personal entanglement blocks any unfolding towards success. Because in every family there are members from the distant or near past who had problems and were involved in difficulties and we, the descendants, have to carry them on as long as we do not see through and solve them.
 
Because we are a part of our ancestors and they are also a part of us, we should learn to face history and our past and what happened to it, so that I can find my way to a solution. Only when all the people involved, the so-called "good" and the "bad", have been given a place in our hearts, can the whole system come to rest. Our own successful learning and life as well as further development depends on it.
